Senate Bill 65 is an act relating to prescriptive authority for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners. The bill would grant authority to Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners to issue prescriptions for, but not to dispense, Schedules II through V controlled substances. UNITE opposes this legislation.
