UNITE Activities
Recruitment is a big focus, especially with Neighbors UNITED. There are already several strong Neighbors UNITED groups throughout the county. Two Martin County schools have a registered UNITE Club during the 2009-10 school year – Eden Elementary and Sheldon Clark High FCA.

Recent Activities
Saturday, September 26 - UNITE conducted a drug-free workplace training to 30 employees of Booth Energy Group at the Pracmac Training Center. Monday, September 21 - UNITE conducted a drug-free workplace training to 61 employees of Booth Energy Group at the Pracmac Training Center. Saturday, September 19 - UNITE conducted a drug-free workplace training to 36 employees of Booth Energy Group at the Pracmac Training Center. Wednesday, August 12 - Approximately 140 people participated in a "Swim To Win" event sponsored by the Martin County UNITE Coalition. Participants received valuable information from the Health Department, PACS NOW, Census, Family Resource and Youth Service Centers, and other organizations. For details contact Tonetta Nichols at 606-298-4617. Tuesday, June 2 - Approximately 65 people participated in family bowling night.
