Event: Howl-A-Day 2006
Date: Saturday, October 28, 2006
Time: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: Rescue Ridge in Whitley County
Cost: Free
Sponsor: Rescue Ridge
Description:

Whitley County UNITE Coalition members will be on hand for this second annual event to pass out information and speak individually to people about drug treatment options and other aspects of Operation UNITE.

Free face painting, information and demonstration booths, and a bluegrass band will be available to participants.

Howl-A-Day is a project of Rescue Ridge, a 250-acre reserve for dogs and wolves. Rescue Ridge is a non-profit program committed to helping young people learn compassion through the bond that develops between child and animal.
