Free food, fun, fellowship and fishing throughout the summer. The Harlan County UNITE Coalition is attempting to unite the community relevant to the education and prevention of drug abuse by our children. This is one activity that gives children a fun alternative to drug use. The number one reason that our kids are saying they turn to drugs is because they don't have anything else to do. Let's take away this excuse. Please consider volunteering a bit of your time.
