Event: Prom Promise Mock Accident Program
Date: Friday, May 19, 2006
Time: 9 a.m.
Location: Jackson County High School
Cost: Free
Sponsor: Jackson County Board of Education, Jackson County Ambulance Service, local law enforcement and fire departments, Perfect Vision UNITE Coalition, Jackson County High UNITE Club, Jackson County High Youth Service Center
Description: A mock accident will be set up with wrecked vehicles and actors portraying victims. Local emergency services will respond as if it were a real crash site to show students what happens. Police and fire department personnel will also play a role in the scenario.
