Each player will receive one sleeve of balls, tees, divot tool, golf towel and T-shirt. Lunch is provided.
Hole sponsorships are available for $300.
Prizes
Winning team receives a weekend at the Peninsula Golf Resort in Lancaster, Ky. (1 night stay, 18 holes of golf, full breakfast buffet, practice balls, gift pack and a $60 restaurant voucher) plus a Hyden Citizens Bank pullover.
Second place team receives a one-day trip to Gibson Bay Golf Course (18 holes of golf, cart rental, $50 cash each) plus a Hyden Citizens Bank pullover.
Third place team receives 18 holes of golf at Wasioto Winds in Pineville with cart rental and a Hyden Citizens Bank pullover.
Last place team members receive Hyden Citizens Bank pullovers.
