This is the second meeting of the Bluegrass Substance Abuse Forum to continue the groundwork, form committees and create a framework for the strategic plan for their region.
Operation UNITE has been assisting the Bluegrass ADD in developing a plan to build local and regional coalitions to combat the problems of substance abuse while creating a cohesive environment of knowledge, awareness and solutions.
The agenda will include speakers who will share ideas and solutions about volunteer efforts, environmental strategies and regional substance abuse data.
