UNITE Pike Enforcement Committee includes representatives from the Pikeville City Police, Elkhorn City Police, Kentucky State Police, Kentucky Vehicle Enforcement, Pike County Sheriff's Office, and the Pikeville Commonwealth Attorney's Office.

The purpose of these meetings are to share information regarding illegal drug activity in Pike County.
