Each year near prom time Jackson County stages a drunk driving wreck reenactment for the students in hopes of encouraging them to have an alcohol- and other drug-free prom.

The event is always fairly dramatic due to the participation of student actors, local fire departments, local police officers, the county coroner, Life Flight Helicopter crew and many others.

This is truly a community event where many different organizations come together to benefit our students.
