Hope in the Mountains is a 10-bed, long-term residential treatment center for women that has been in the works for about 3 years.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 6:15 p.m.

At 7 p.m. attendees will form a prayer circle around the house. We hope to have enough people to wrap the house 10 times and cause traffic to slow down and wonder what in the world is going on.

This event is rain or shine: People don't have any regard to the weather when they are actively using drugs, so we should have no regard to weather when we are supporting each other and praying together.

Refreshments will be served.
